Shipping


Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Mondays - Fridays (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped out within 1~2 business days after your order is placed, and you will receive an email with the tracking number soon after. E-Packet, Fedex, UPS, DHL are our primary carrier for U.S customers and for customers in countries/regions such as Canada, Europe, UK, Australia, New Zealand etc. Depending on where you live, packages are delivered within 5~14 days from the date of shipment.


Estimated delivery time to US: 5-10 business days
Estimated delivery time to Mexico: 10-20 days
Estimated delivery time to Australia & New Zealand: 20-24 days
Estimated delivery time to Canada: 5-14 days
Estimated delivery time to U.K: 12-15 days
Estimated delivery time to Europe and surrounding countries: 13-15 days
For Rest of the World International Orders Please Allow anywhere from 15-25

Please allow between 1-2 Business Days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email.

Yes, our whole line is cruelty-free! Makeup is for humans, not animals. We have also researched our manufacturers and know 100% they don’t affiliate or get ingredients from places that are not cruelty-free!

Our hours of operation for customer service are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST, excluding weekends and major holidays. Our customer service teams will do their best to respond as quickly as possible, however please allow 24­ - 48 hours to receive a response. Also, we are only equipped to handle orders placed through suzypcosmetics.com, any orders placed through our retailers need to be handled by their respective customer service teams.
